Steps to reproduce:

I triad installing firefox on my mac 


Actual results:

when I try to open it, it crashes


Expected results:

it should open

Can you provide the following information?
  * Which version of Firefox have you downloaded from what URL?
  * Which version of OS are you using?
  * Do you see Crash Reporter [1] window when it crashes?
  * Does it work in safe mode[2] ?
    you can start Firefox in Safe mode by holding down the option key while starting Firefox
