Details

The docker-worker diagnostic test seems to timeout every now and then, which ends up sending notifications that aren't actionable. In the short term, let's disable or skip this test (ideally skip, so we don't forget it exists!) and work on a way to make it less flaky.
This seems pretty stable now...
