Go to any page, right mouse button in the page, select "View Page Info" from
popup menu.
First time works no problem.
Second time and every other time, Mozilla prompts to download pageinfo.xul and
displays a maximised blank window.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to any page 
2. right mouse button in the page,
3.select "View Page Info" from popup menu.
4. repeat!

Actual Results:  Second time and every other time, Mozilla prompts to download
pageinfo.xul and displays a maximised blank window.

Expected Results:  Page Info dialog displayed
This is never a blocker....
