The scrollbar in the "Stored Cookies" tab is "cut-off" at the edge of the
window, and does not work. It is only possible to move through the hundreds of
cookies with the arrow keys.
Similarly, the scrollbar in the "Cookie Sites" tab _is_ drawn correctly, but
does not work. Only arrow keys function.
Obviously, this makes it nearly impossible to manage cookies on Mac OS X.
This may be a duplicate of bug 100577 ? It was not clear to me.
Reproducible: Always

1.Open "Manage Stored Cookies" dialog and try to scroll.
