Cannot replace the list-style-image for down arrow defined in sidebar.css of
classic theme.

In chrome://communicator/skin/sidebar/sidebar.css

#sidebar-panel-picker > .toolbarbutton-dropmarker {
  padding-left: 2px;
  padding-right: 2px;

/*THIS*/
  list-style-image: url("chrome://global/skin/arrow/arrow-dn.gif");
}

These alternatives are all ineffective and shows up that arrow defined for
toolbar dropmarker.

1) /* list-style-image: url("chrome://global/skin/arrow/arrow-dn.gif"); */
2) list-style-image: url("chrome://global/skin/arrow/alternate-arrow-dn.gif");
3) list-style-image: url("chrome://global/skin/arrow/alternate-arrow-dn.gif")
!important;

This is from great chrome cleanup arround 0.9.8. used to be able to be valid
till 0.9.7.
