Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Firefox for Android
2. Go to the "Top Sites" screen
3. Long-press website tile A to open the context menu
4. Select "Pin site"
5. Long-press website tile B (unpinned) to open the context menu
6. Select "Remove"
Actual results:
Website tile B is not removed.
Expected results:
Website tile B is removed.

Like in bug 1307715 I still see the option and it actually removes the website (Nexus 6P, Android 7.0, Firefox 49).

Works for me on several devices as well.
