Details
As of this morning, I'm no longer able to access IRC using:
https://irccloud.mozilla.com/
The UI reports:
"Your browser is having trouble using WebSockets. You may notice slower performance and delays as a result. If you’re still having this problem after a page reload, try restarting your browser. "
And the web console:
"Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at wss://irccloud.mozilla.com/websocket/1."
This occurs on both desktop Nightly and Firefox for Android beta.

A netsplit occurred earlier this morning, which caused a backlog of RabbitMQ messages on the irccloud appliance, resulting in the service being unavailable. The service should now be reachable, but we have bug 1307738 to help us mitigate this in the future.
