This has been fixed on github and will be fixed by a new github->mozilla-central update, which is happening in bug 1309722, probably tomorrow.
bug 1309722 did not fix this problem. https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/0c899672fff6ae00f5b3affbec48ee4daac35fa1 Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; rv:52.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/52.0 ID:20161014060324
That bug was backed out, but it landed again today. I can confirm that the bug is fixed.
