Is there any plan to test our work before release? I found a staging site https://learning.mofostaging.net/ but it doesn't seem to support locales except en-US.

I'm pretty sure I've already told you in the past: don't file bugs in your component if that's not something you can fix. Bug in Mozilla Localizations::Kabyle are visible to the Kabyle team, if they're not actionable by them they should be filed somewhere else. There's no Bugzilla component for this website, they work on GitHub. https://github.com/mozilla/learning.mozilla.org/issues
