Presto has a number of available setup options (see https://irccloud.mozilla.com/pastebin/DJ2YsCRt). We should investigate what is available, see what our current defaults are, and tune these parameters to maximize efficiency of the cluster.
This should help solve the problem of user queries taking over the cluster.
