I don't believe this is ldap, based on your comment "tried to send a mail ... crash after entering password ".

Do you even have an ldap addressbook defined?

I have no idea, as I never used Socorro interface to report crashes,
but it could be probably bug in Socorro or user manually deleted keywords.

If I deleted something from the Socorro report - than I don't remeber how that comes. 
I only decided to put the bugreport to "thunderbird general" and not somewhere else.

Just now TB crashed again. with this signature *AND* the crashreporter lost my "User stroy".
As User Story I had written, that I hat done the last houres multible Thunderbird runns inside 
Windbg.exe (and analysing with Application Verifier): I fount read and write violations caused by Enigmail or better by gpg2.exe . After these analyse runns I decieded to send my outside WinDbg.exe the logfiles as attachment - and suddendly TB crashed: bp-cca40b54-725e-4021-9d56-e457c2161215
