1308237 - When the Downloads button is in the Menu Bar or Menu Panel, the badges located over it are cut off

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Launch Firefox
2. Go to Menu -> Customize, check the Menu Bar in Show/Hide Toolbars section, move the Downloads button in the Menu Bar and then click the Exit Customize button
3. Go to http://testsafebrowsing.appspot.com/, click the 4th link from the Desktop Download Warnings section and then save the corresponding file
4. Inspect the Downloads button
5. Go to Menu -> Customize, move the Downloads button in the Menu Panel and then click the Exit Customize button
6. Go to http://testsafebrowsing.appspot.com/, click the 4th link from the Desktop Download Warnings section and then save the corresponding file
7. Inspect the Downloads button

[Expected result]:
- The corresponding warning badge is properly displayed over the Downloads button [step 4 and step 7]

[Actual result]:
- The warning badges are cut off (see the screenshots https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0nYKG6PRiCceDA1ZzZsU21NQlU/view?usp=sharing and https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0nYKG6PRiCcX05YVFVsODQwczQ/view?usp=sharing)

This is quite similar to bug 1308232. Iulia, is this fixed by bug 1282689?

As far as I know, the feature from bug 1282689 landed in Nightly 51. This issue affects 49 and 50 builds, it is still reproducible.

This is a minor visual glitch in the presence of interface customization, so I don't think it needs to be fixed for 49 and 50. If I read the status flags correctly, this isn't an issue starting from version 51, so I'm closing the bug.
