Without Bonsai and MXR there's now no way to get blame for old code. This is bad for productivity. Please can we have blame and log information put in instead of treating all the old trees as "untracked" files?

To be clear: the task here is basically to add a Cvs subclass in vcs.py.

DXR is no longer available. Searchfox is now replacing it.
