We chatted on IRC about this, but I'm filing so there is a paper trail. There is an issue where users with antivirus installed can't use Test Pilot unless our .xpi files have a specific header. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1308251 This will allow us to send that header and be a stopgap until that bug ^ is resolved. Thanks
