Steps To Reproduce:
1. Clear Cache everything (Ctrl+Shift+Del)
2. Click the following link 5 times so that there are 5 background tab with same URL.

3. Wait to finish loading pages
4. Observe font face on each tabs
Actual Results:
@font-face web font is not applied sometimes
Expected Results:
It should be applied.
