If I drag'n drop items in the Personal Toolbar, the destination position is wrong
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Suppose there is 4 items in Personal Toolbar, 'A B C D'
2. Drag'n drop D between A and B, eg press left click on D, move cursor (black
pipe) between A and B, release mouse button.
Actual Results: Personal Toolbar : A B D C
Expected Results: A D B C, of course.
Perhaps the switch comes from the [Boomarks] button at the left, that is no
taken in account for inserting at the good position.
