Using M9 on an redhat 6.0 i386 box, the "Use current page" button to set the
homepage doesn't set the homepage, as far as I can tell.

An extra bug that I don't have time to investigate is that loading the page
http://www.linacre.ox.ac.uk/ and then resizing the window doesn't change the
page size. Sorry I don't have time to track down the code or give an example,
but I thought I'd mention it.

Fix checked in. I am not sure how well prefs are being saved right now but the
edit field fills in the right value when you press the button now;)

gonna slide this over to cpratt as he knows best right now about prefs,
cuz like davidm said I'm not sure this is verifiable yet.
