Details

Netmonitor imported the HTMLTooltip class, sets a hover handler on the request list, and displays an image or stack trace tooltip when hovered over the right element. We should:

- Move this code to a tooltip.js module.

Julian will be working on migrating the HTMLTooltip content to React, sooner or later.
