Due to a recent increase in frequency of reports of getting the slow script notice, the e10s cross-functional finds itself wanting more information. Open questions: * Can we get this a different way? * What specific questions are we trying to answer by this? * Do we want SLOW_SCRIPT_PAGE_COUNT as well? (counts the number of pages showing slow script notices instead of just the number of notices) * The other questions under the Data Collection review process[1] [1]: https://wiki.mozilla.org/Firefox/Data_Collection
It's pretty important we understand what's going on here.

We're triaging old bugs today. Do you still want this information? If so, we'll bounce it to another component (as it happens, the telemetry hook for this doesn't reside in the JS engine); if not, we can just close it.

The e10s cross-functional has disbanded, so I guess we're fine without it :)
