User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.12; rv:49.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/49.0
Build ID: 20160922113459
Steps to reproduce:
Upon going to the site at www.ticketmaster.com, I would search for a venue or artist in the search field (if no other links were provided for these). Once I got to the desired page, I would select "See Tickets" for any event, to access the venue seating guide for that event.
Actual results:
Attempting to load the venue seating page for an event ticket purchase causes a waiting animation to appear; this takes the better part of a minute to resolve, and produces a gray box on the page once it does. Clicking on the "Reset" option on the page causes another animation that does not resolve.
Expected results:
The venue seating page should have gone straight to a map of the venue where the desired event would take place, and purchase options should have been made available.

I did both of these things, but the problem persists. It seems to be exclusive to Firefox; I accessed the site in Safari and it came out normally. Since the problem remained in Safe Mode, it appears to have little to do with plug-ins or extensions, and also appears to be independent of user profiles. I could try another profile to check the results again.

I have tested this issue on Mac OS 10.12 x64 with the latest Firefox release (49.0.1) and the latest Nightly (52.0a1-20161011030212) and could not reproduce it.
After loading the provided URL, searching for an artist, and clicking the "See Tickets" button for an event, the seating map is loaded properly and I am able to select the desired seats.
When testing with Nightly, I was prompted to install the adobe flash plugin in order to see the map.
Can you please check in about:plugins to see if you have the latest flash(23.0.0.185) installed? If not, can you please update or install flash player and test again this issue and report back the results?

I updated Flash Player, but the problem remains. I haven't yet tested the site under a different profile, but I'm still certain this problem is independent of any plug-ins I have.

I'm going to resolve this INCOMPLETE since my understanding is that ticketmaster has moved to an HTML seat selection tool and doesn't use Flash any more.
