Steps:
1. Visit a site
2. Go to Settings => Homepage and select 'Use Current Page'
3. Check the URL placement in the 'Current Homepage' row
Expected: The URL should be centered and fully displayed
Actual: The URL is cut off because it is not centered
Note: I wasn't able to reproduce this issue on other devices.
5.3 is unaffected.
