This doesn't actually look like an "intermittent" at all -- I think **every single Windows-debug run of this mochitest had this same failure**, on that TreeHerder run:

* Windows 7 VM debug had this failure for M-5 and M-e10s-5.
* Windows 8 x64 debug had this failure for M-5
* ...and I don't see any other obvious runs of this test on Windows Debug for that cycle.

I wonder if this particular Windows debug build was just subtly (yet reliably) horked in some way?

The previous[1] treeherder run doesn't show any instances of this failure. And the next run that had this testsuite[2] on Windows Debug (two pushes later) didn't show any instances either.

All of the reports linked in comment 3 are from the same run. I think that confirms my theory in comment 1 that this build was just horked in some way.

I guess we can leave this open and see if it crops up again. But otherwise, this is likely WORKSFORME/*shrug*.

Yes. But I don't know why. Per analysis from dholbert in comments 1 & 4, let's leave it open a while and see if it's just a build problem on this specific Windows Debug build.
