Steps how to reproduce with unofficial en-US SeaMonkey 2.49a1  (NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:52.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/52.0 Build 20160930004545  (Default Classic Theme) on German WIN7 64bit:

1. In Browser ˋopen <http://www.seamonkey-project.org> → Click 
   Documentation and Help" → Click "SeaMonkey 1.1 documentation" → Click
   "current release"ˊ
   Link Target is <http://www.seamonkey-project.org/doc/1.1/..releases/>
   
a) should lead to <http://www.seamonkey-project.org/releases/>

This is 404. and there is no "current release" in either 1.0 or 2.0 Documentation. Maybe Rainer can suggest something else to work on instead?

This _is_ one of the problems, but not / no longer(?) ant the old place.

Here the problem has changed:

a): I think behind text "download the current release" <http://www.seamonkey-project.org/releases/> is a more plausible link target than <http://www.seamonkey-project.org/doc/2.0/> to Documentation

Change SeaMonkey 1.1 Documentation "current release" from http://www.seamonkey-project.org/doc/2.0/ to http://www.seamonkey-project.org/releases/
