Details

MozReview encourages me not to review commit messages, which I should in fact be reviewing.  In particular:

 (1) it hides the comments in bugzilla that contain the commit message by adding the mozreview-request tag to them (see, e.g., below bug 1291110 comment 20)

 (2) when I click on a mozreview request in bugzilla, it scrolls me to an anchor that is *below* the commit message (e.g., clicking on attachment 8783569 [details])

The code review workflow should encourage me to review commit messages rather than discouraging me from doing so.
