User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Fedora; Linux x86_64; rv:49.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/49.0 Build ID: 20160919122641 Steps to reproduce: Create a HTML signature with a external image then create the condition where the HTTP server stops responding. Actual results: This is a usability issue as the user gets confused and thinks they can no longer send emails. This happened when one of our web servers, serving the company logo went down and our call centre didn't realize that the dialogue box telling them this content could not be retrieved. Expected results: Thunderbird should have an option to "send any way" if part of the HTML signature content times-out so the users ability to send emails without too much confusion.
