[Affected versions]: - latest Nightly 52.0a1 (2016-10-11) - latest Aurora 51.0a2 (2016-10-11) - 50.0b6 build1 (20161010144024) - 49.0.1 build3 (20160922113459) [Affected platforms]: - Ubuntu 14.06 x86 - Ubuntu 16.04 x64 [Steps to reproduce]: 1. Launch Firefox 2. Turn on the Menu Bar (by pressing the ALT key or by menu button -> Customize -> Show / Hide Toolbars -> check the Menu Bar item) 3. Hover File, Edit, View, History, Bookmarks, Tools and Help menu titles [Expected result]: - Each of the Menu Bar titles are properly highlighted when hovered [Actual result]: - No hover effect for Menu Bar titles [Regression range]: - This issue is not a recent regression, as it's reproducible all the way back to Fx 29

AFAIK Ubuntu's OS theme (and maybe Gtk in general) doesn't want a hover effect here, so this is expected behavior.
