Details

[Affected versions]:
- latest Nightly 52.0a1 (2016-10-11)
- latest Aurora 51.0a2 (2016-10-11)
- 50.0b6 build1 (20161010144024)
- 49.0.1 build3 (20160922113459)

[Affected platforms]:
- Ubuntu 14.06 x86
- Ubuntu 16.04 x64

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Launch Firefox
2. Turn on the Menu Bar (by pressing the ALT key or by menu button -> Customize -> Show / Hide Toolbars -> check the Menu Bar item)
3. Hover File, Edit, View, History, Bookmarks, Tools and Help menu titles

[Expected result]:
- Each of the Menu Bar titles are properly highlighted when hovered

[Actual result]:
- No hover effect for Menu Bar titles

[Regression range]:
- This issue is not a recent regression, as it's reproducible all the way back to Fx 29
OS: Unspecified → Linux
Hardware: Unspecified → All
Component: Toolbars and Customization → Theme
AFAIK Ubuntu's OS theme (and maybe Gtk in general) doesn't want a hover effect here, so this is expected behavior.
