Ansible 2.1 changes the local working directory to the playbook file's directory when executing on localhost -- we'll need to update relative paths one level down (e.g. change `ansible/files/docker-compose.yml` to `files/docker-compose.yml`). We should also check to make sure the AWS deployment works with 2.1 as well.

Correction: the deployment works with Ansible 2.1.0.0 but broke with 2.1.2.0
