+++ This bug was initially created as a follow-up of Bug #1308069 +++ Filed this bug to track spec issue, https://github.com/whatwg/html/issues/1872, and update code as needed once that's sorted out. Note that we should also add web-platform-test for that (probably make the mochitest test added in bug 1308069 becoming a web-platform-test).
