Details

Steps to reproduce: Load an HTML webpage that contains hyperlinks. Switch to the Offline mode clicking on the icon at the right in the bottom bar. Try to open a link in a new tab. The tab stays empty and untitled. If you close this tab and switch back to the Online mode, further attempts to open a link in a new tab make no effect. Loading a new page or clicking on a link restores tab functionality.
Correction: subsequent opening in a new tab is disabled only for the link that "failed" the first time. All other links work.
