Other browser(Chrome, Edge and IE11) are working fine without error.
The problem is only on Firefox49 and beta50. 
And It seemed to be fixed by 599975 in Aurora51.02 and Nightly52.0a1.

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Open http://a.jlab2.net/index.php (one of the uploader of Japan)
2. Click one of thumbnail image. The image will be open in a tab.
3. Reload(f5) the tab
4. Repeat Step3 several times at a sufficient time interval(2-3sec)

Actual Results:
  "SSL_ERROR_INTERNAL_ERROR_ALERT" are alternately displayed each time you reload(F5) 

Expected Results:
  No such error display. Chrome, Edge and IE11 are working fine without error.

Is it possible up lift the patch(Bug 1301117) to 50 Beta?
The uploader of comment#0 is modestly famous among Japanese geek.

glad to hear it fixes the problem - but that patch is too complex for uplift. I think we should just close this as a duplicate.
