Allow searching for existence of "shutdown progress" field

Details
It would be useful to expand the search parameters for the "shutdown progress" field in socorro supersearch by "does exist"/"does not exist" (currently there's only "has terms"/"doesn't have terms").
with that you would be able to exclude crashes occurring on shutdown or to narrow in on all shutdown crashes while doing analysis on stability data.
