We're displaying a logon error when imap logon redirectors fail with no msg
window - in this case, we shouldn't display an error, since it's biff.

With bug 11383 fix, I am not seeing logon error "Login Failed" for this bug 
anymore....verified Windows2000 04-13-08-1.0.0 branch build
Adding verified1.0.0 keywords and will verify on trunk build after 
completet our branch builds verification.

Verified "Login Failed" is not occurring on 05-21-08-trunk build either.

Rest issue has been addressed on bugscape 13819:

Removing "verified1.0.0" and marking as verified.
