We should verify that the thing generated on the worker is the thing that we're hoping it is.  Let's use the Content-MD5 header to specify this value.

Let's generate the MD5 on the worker and include it in the headers sent to S3.  If we do this, we can do later verifications of this value and also allow cloud-mirror to detect corrupt downloads easier.

We'll likely need a bug for the Queue and each worker to add this functionality.
