announce CI failures in #mozreview. i have an irc bot that i wrote for bmo that monitors treeherder and reports to their channel. i'll need to update it to support multiple repos/channels and add mozreview to the mix.
https://github.com/globau/treebot/ updated to support multiple projects, added to #mozreview.
