If you use the Connect page to try to connect to something unreachable, it just says "Unexpected error", which is not helpful.  We should add some helpful text to check if the target is available, link to MDN support pages, etc.
Excellent idea. I believe you also get this with e10s enabled, it would be good to show something different in that case too.
