Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Firefox for iOS
2. Delete (by long pressing) all the top sites from the Activity Stream Home Panel
Actual results:
Unable to make the number of top sites 0. The last remaining top site remains even when it is attempted to be removed. See screenshot.
Expected results:
The number of top sites should be 0.

Verifying as fix on master 51abcc7ca. All top sites in the Activity Stream Home Panel can be deleted.
