i cannot login into the site, the upper frame not refresh correctly

When i try to login in the upper frame, it doesn't take del central frame to the
main page and it doesn't change the upper frame nor the left frame. With
Netscape 4.76 it's all right.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.just login in the upper frame, and it don't take you to the right page
2.

Actual Results: nothing, i cannot login into that site
Expected Results: login, change the left/upper/central frame.

To parser. This looks like yet another "multiple unclosed form tags" issue.
