The go button does not appear, even though it's checked in the preferences menu.
 If I uncheck it, close the prefs, then go back to the prefs and check it again,
it'll appear.  However, when I close the browser and restart it, it won't be
there again.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Close browser
2.Open browser
3.

Actual Results:  Go button disappeared.

Expected Results:  Shown the go button.

i can't seem to reproduce this in build 2002031402 on Win2k
this was fixed as part of some other bug.
