One of our contributors, DineshMV has requested page move/create and macro editing permissions.

I think perhaps we should start him off with page move/create privs, but I'm not so sure about macro editing; it can cause a mess, and it is rare that contributors need it really.

Are we happy to give him those permissions?

Sounds good to me. I've told him, and verified that he has been put in the page creators group.
