but View -> Message source comes out corrupted

i changed charsets on the menu, and back again to jp and the mesage src is still
broken
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.get a japanese email, or the one i put at the end
2.try and view src even tho it displays fine in messenger
3.
Actual Results: copprupted
Expected Results: japanese :)

Actually this is differerent as its got the correct headers.
