Details
This is untested yet. When a document is swapped out, it should receive pagehide before being forzen, and when swapped in it should receive pageshow.

And if the document shouldn't be bfcached, load / unload events should be fired.

I imagine that this will be fixed by your patches for bug 1310768, right?
If it would we should mark this as dup.

Yes it is. I didn't realize I couldn't make a meaningful fix to bug 1310768 without also taking care of the events when filing this bug.
