Van discovered that

* nexus-4-4 battery failed
* nexus-5-[235] are beach balling and not connecting via adb

He will decommission nexus-4-4 and ship the nexus 5 devices to me to investigate.

I need to remove these from the production manifests.

follow up to remove nexus-4-4 from test manifests. Leaving the nexus-5 devices in pending my ability to fix them.
nexus4-4 will be e-wasted due to ballooning battery. fedex tracking 690595957322 for the nexus5 devices hanging on boot up.
