It looks like treeherder was moved to Heroku. The hosts are reporting dead but still have a bunch left in inventory.
I'm also seeing alerts in zeus for these hosts so it looks like the old infra has been pulled but the DNS/Zeus VIPs/IP's are still hanging around.

This is a tracking bug to ping Fubar (already done and I'll update the bug when I have more) and figure out if it's okay to pull all this old cruft.
