Setting "letsubmitterchoosepriority" and "letsubmitterchoosemilestone" to falsy values would prevent noise in Firefox bugs, but I don't know if it would interfere with non-bug workflows in legal, etc?

Well one way would be to just try it for a while. We would have to create a new feature bug to make the settings product specific. I know that the legal bugs do no allow setting of priority from the custom forms anyway. dkl

The only form, that I can see from the list of custom forms, is https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/form.data.compliance which uses the severity field. But that's a field I'd like to

After discussing with :MattN, going to pursue getting reports on non-deciders setting priority and cleaning those up by hand or programmatically.
