There are a couple of changes I keep making to android_emulator_unittest when I experiment with new AVDs or emulator packages - let's check them in.
The abs_emulator_dir is only used when configuration parameter 'emulator_url' is used to override the normal tooltool download. Setting abs_emulator_dir = abs_work_dir makes the emulator_url override download to the same directory as tooltool would normally.

Allowing for avd_url provides a similar override for the avd package; I find this quite handy when experimenting with new avd packages on try.

androidx86_emulator_unittest.py is no longer used on central (taskcluster jobs use android_emulator_unittest.py for all android jobs) -- let's remove it now.
