Whenever mozilla offers the user to change the order in whitch things may happen
(e.g.: Edit>Prefferences>Navigator>Languages) I as a user have to use some "move
to top", "move one up", "move down" and "move to bottom" buttons.

This is anoying and not the best way to do it. :)

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the mozilla preferences
2. Open the Navigator>Language subpaneel
3. Try to change the order of the entries there.

Actual Results:  To change the Order I have to use the buttons to achieve this.

Expected Results:  I should be able to just grab one of the entries and drag it
to the place that it belongs to. 

Probably with a short text entry on the side telling the user to do this.
Although I think this would not be neccessary. :)

This bug is targeted at a Mac classic platform/OS, which is no longer supported
by mozilla.org. Please re-target it to another platform/OS if this bug applies
there as well or resolve this bug.

I will resolve this bug as WONTFIX in four weeks if no action has been taken.
