[STR]
1. open https://people.mozilla.org/~schien/test-presentation.html
2. click home button to put Fennec into background
3. switch Fennec to foreground app again
4. click "launch presentation" in the web page opened by step #1

[EXPECTED RESULT]
selection dialog shows the exact available presentation device

[ACTUAL RESULT]
selection dialog shows duplicate devices

Hi S.C., I cannot reproduce the dup devices issue by your STR on my device. I just updated the source code on [1], could you try again?

Still reproduce with latest ENG build on my Z3C. Per our discussion, the device remove callback might not happened when Fennec entering background. Therefore, we'll need to avoid duplicate device add by using the device UUID, like what we do in SimpleServiceDiscovery.jsm.
