Things to do as part of this bug:
- remove Sign in with Persona links
- remove migration code (except automerge of FxA and Pontoon accounts with same email address)
- Upgrade django-allauth to 0.28.0 (https://github.com/pennersr/django-allauth/commit/492ba9739b323cb66ef4020259c1db2d49cb6526)
- remove connected+ accounts
- remove `from_django_browserid` field from `UserProfile`
