It looks like it failed to download, but the "fail" function (which got copied from elsewhere) is not defined:

After fixing that the error shows that GECKO_HEAD_REV and GECKO_HEAD_REPOSITORY are not defined. This looks like the same bug as bug 1304484 except for android.
