Details

We need to make sure InfoBrowser window is disabled during SmartDownload's
download process.

In config.ini please set:
[SmartDownload=Netscape Install]
no_ads = true


cc'ing Samir to get this changed for Mac too.
The no_ads value is specified in the config.ini: cc'ing jj since he'll be
working with the ini generation.

The verification of this bug would be the same as the verification for 13577.
I'm marking this fixed so you can verify it. However, we need to keep this in
mind when using the actual daily builds that jj will deliver using MIW. The
no_ads option must be set to true in his config.ini, always.
